Le séminaire de Veille stratégique territoriale qui s’est déroulé le 22 septembre dernier a été l’occasion d’examiner les tendances nombreuses et complexes qui façonnent nos territoires. Comment l’économie se structure-t-elle au niveau des territoires ? Plus précisément, quelles sont les logiques territoriales propres aux différents types d’économie que l’on peut recenser : économie productive exportatrice, économie domestique liée au quotidien des populations, économie résidentielle fondée sur la captation de revenus produits à l’extérieur (tourisme, attraction de populations nouvelles), évolution du secteur public ou encore tentatives diverses de relocalisation des activités économiques ? Comment ces logiques économiques interagissent-elles avec les efforts des collectivités publiques pour organiser les territoires mais aussi avec les représentations et modes d’organisation des populations ? Quels sont les facteurs qui risquent d’influencer, au futur, l’organisation de nos différents niveaux territoriaux ? Telles ont été les nombreuses questions débattues au cours de cette journée.
